Histology Technique Training Course (Pathology / Cytology)
Course Objective:
Given the rapid advancements in laboratory fields and the growing need for educational institutions to offer up-to-date and practical programs, this course has been designed to provide specialized training in pathology and cytology techniques. Its goal is to enhance the skills of technicians, trainees, and students working in pathology laboratories across the country. This course is specifically developed according to ISO standards and quality assurance principles to meet the educational needs of laboratory technicians, trainees, and students.

– General pathology staining with H&E (Hematoxylin & Eosin)

– Preparing charged slides (cytology slides)
– Routine special staining methods (20 different stains) in the pathology department
– Destaining of cytology and pathology slides
– Quality control of stains and pathology department equipment
– Filing of slides, blocks, and report sheets
– Reprocessing and tissue restoration techniques
– Principles of efficient workflow and execution methods in the pathology department
